Mr. Zhao is Chairman of China-United States Exchange Foundation.

Mr. Zhao is also Chairman of Hony  Capital, an investment management group focusing on Greater China’s economic development opportunities. Mr. Zhao currently serves as a board member on several multinational companies, in addition to number of non-profit organizations and public institutions.

Mr. Zhao holds an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Master’s degrees in Electronic Engineering and Physics from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Nanjing University.
